Service Description
Expansion Therapy is excited to offer on-site Breath + Core Screening sessions! Led by Dr. Carolyn Meister, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Ashley Ribaudo, these brief yet insightful screens help women better understand how their breath, deep core, and fascial system are supporting—or limiting—their movement. The screenings provide personalized awareness and simple guidance, empowering you to move with more connection, efficiency, and intention both in your Pilates practice and beyond.

By participating in any services, sessions, programs, or content offered by Expansion Therapy LLC, I acknowledge that I do so voluntarily and at my own risk. I understand these services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional care.
