Co-Owner & Expansion Therapist
Ashley Ribaudo brings a distinctive blend of yoga, philosophy, and physical therapy to the practice of Expansion Therapy. With more than a decade of experience studying the body, mind, and subtle energy, she offers an informed and integrative approach to healing. Drawing on her deep understanding of the body’s wisdom and the mind’s influence, Ashley guides individuals in reconnecting with their innate vitality through breath, movement, and energetic awareness.
